This recipe from @SomethingNutritious (on instagram) is definitely my favorite cauliflower recipe yet, and is a huge hit with my family! Delicious as a snack or side dish
Here’s the recipe (my edits are in red)
Tahini Roasted Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
32 tbsp olive oil- 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toss the cauliflower with 2 tbsp of the oil and the spices. Toss in the tahini and mix well.
Layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with remaining tbsp of oil.Bake on 400F for 35-40 min. Tossing halfway through.
