Tahini Roasted Cauliflower

This recipe from @SomethingNutritious (on instagram) is definitely my favorite cauliflower recipe yet, and is a huge hit with my family! Delicious as a snack or side dish

Here’s the recipe (my edits are in red)

Tahini Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3  2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toss the cauliflower with 2 tbsp of the oil and the spices. Toss in the tahini and mix well. Layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with remaining tbsp of oil. Bake on 400F for 35-40 min. Tossing halfway through.
