Caramelized Bananas are the perfect topping for fruity breakfasts (such as oatmeal bowls) and desserts (like Banana Nice Cream!)
Here’s the recipe:
- Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a pan on medium high heat.
- Add sliced banana and heat around 3-5 minutes on each side, or until each side is golden brown. Sprinkle cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on both sides for extra flavor 🙂
This recipe also works for apples (which are also delicious caramelized)!
